Terms of service

1. Definitions

  • This agreement is written in English. If translated, the English version prevails.

3. Our Contract With You

  • You confirm you have not relied on any statement outside this agreement.

  • If ordering on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority and accept responsibility.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed, and terms may change over time.

  • Prices will never be changed retrospectively after purchase.

  • These terms apply even if payment is arranged outside our website.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to countries we do not service.

4. Acceptance of Orders

  • Your order is an offer to purchase goods from us.

  • Acceptance occurs only when we confirm your order in writing.

  • If items are unavailable, we may offer alternatives, which you may accept or decline.

5. Prices & Payments

  • Prices are clearly displayed on our website.

  • Prices include GST unless your delivery address is outside Australia.

  • Shipping costs are shown before payment.

  • If goods are incorrectly priced, we are not obliged to supply them at that price.

  • Refunds owed to you will be processed within 15 days of confirmation.

6. Payment Security

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

  • Your payment details are encrypted and never stored in plain text.

  • Stored payment details (if authorised by you) are used only for transactions you initiate.

7. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise advised.

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by you.

  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery.

  • Goods remain at our risk until signed for.

  • If goods arrive damaged, delivery must be refused and reported immediately.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

8. International Orders & Duties

  • If ordering from outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring lawful import.

  • Any import taxes, duties, or charges are your responsibility.

9. Defective Goods

  • Defects must be reported within 14 days of becoming apparent.

  • Goods must be returned if requested.

  • If confirmed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.

  • This does not affect your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

10. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty goods or where agreed in writing.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of discovering a defect.

  • Items must be returned in original condition where possible.

  • Return requests must be emailed to hello@postpartumcareaustralia.com.au with full details.

  • Returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We provide goods and content to the extent permitted by law.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where prohibited by law.

12. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

  • Notify us immediately if your account is accessed without permission.

13. User Content Restrictions

You must not post content that is:

  • Illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or misleading

  • Sexually explicit or inappropriate

  • Frivolous or malicious complaints may incur costs.
