Refund policy

We’re happy to offer you a 30-day return policy, so you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible.

 If you'd like to initiate a return, simply contact us at admin@postpartumaustralia.com.au, and we'll be happy to provide you with a return address. Please keep in mind that you will need to cover the return shipping costs, and we can only accept products that haven't been sent back without prior approval.

Damages and issues

Please take a moment to kindly check your order when it arrives. If you notice any issues like defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away. We're always happy to help resolve any problems and make sure you're completely satisfied.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is simply to return your current item. Once we receive it, you're all set to go ahead and make a new purchase for the item you'd like instead. Just remember to mention your wish to exchange in your initial email, and we'll take care of

 Refunds


We'll be sure to let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything's in order, you’ll get your refund processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind, it might take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
